The group, who have recently reformed, explained in an interview with the BBC that bosses for the hugely popular music show were keen to shoot the band from from the shoulders up to create the illusion they were performing naked. Shaznay Lewis, Melanie Blatt and sisters Natalie and Nicole Appleton were asked to take their tops off, with the girls revealing that a member of their team was in tears as they tried to fight back against the request.
